Thank you for shopping at Doukkanati. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Be returned in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, tags, or other included items.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Items that are damaged, used, altered, or missing parts for reasons unrelated to an error by Doukkanati may not be eligible for return.

Before returning any item, please contact us so we can review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and the issue.

If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, promotional, or other practical reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Personal-care or hygiene products that have been opened or used.

  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or returned in an incomplete condition after delivery.

  • Clearance or final-sale items where clearly stated.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.

  • Bundles, bundle offers, promotional deals, discounted sets, combo offers, and special offers.

Bundle offers, promotional deals, discounted sets, combo offers, and special offers are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise required by applicable law.

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before submitting a return request.

Bundles and Promotional Deals

Products purchased as part of a bundle, promotional deal, discounted set, combo offer, or special offer are considered part of the complete promotion and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Individual items from a bundle or promotional offer cannot normally be returned separately for a partial refund.

If a product included in a bundle or promotional deal arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Depending on the circumstances, Doukkanati may offer:

  • A replacement for the affected item.

  • An exchange.

  • Store credit.

  • A partial or full refund where appropriate.

Any resolution will depend on the nature of the issue, product availability, and applicable law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item, please contact us with your order number and the product you would like instead.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Items purchased through bundles, promotional deals, discounted sets, combo offers, or special offers are generally not eligible for exchange unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.

Refunds

At this time, Doukkanati accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Because payments are made by Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be arranged directly with the customer through a suitable refund method agreed upon between the customer and Doukkanati.

We may request the necessary information required to process the refund.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected, unless otherwise agreed by Doukkanati.

Items purchased as part of bundles, promotional deals, discounted sets, combo offers, or special offers are not eligible for refunds except in cases of damage, defect, incorrect items, incomplete orders, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping Costs

Unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or sent due to an error by Doukkanati, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable.

If the return is caused by an error on our side, Doukkanati will arrange or cover the appropriate return or replacement delivery costs.

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Since orders are paid by Cash on Delivery, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information provided are accurate.

If an order cannot be delivered because:

  • Incorrect contact information was provided.

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information was provided.

  • The customer cannot be reached.

  • The customer refuses the order without prior agreement.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the order is shipped again.

Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may also affect the customer's ability to place future orders with Doukkanati.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the delivery service.

Orders containing bundles, promotional deals, discounted sets, combo offers, or special offers may also be subject to the same cancellation limitations once processing has begun.
